The San Luis Obispo Fire Department responded to a report of a vegetation fire around 4:52 p.m. near the main gate of Heritage Ranch and Gateway Drive in Paso Robles.
The fire grew to approximately 2 acres in size. However, at around 5:20 p.m., fire officials said forward progress had stopped.
