A man charged with murder and DUI in a deadly wrong way crash on Highway 101 has been denied bail.
The California Highway Patrol says "David Worthington Ross" was driving the wrong way in the highway southbound lanes in San Luis Obispo when his truck crashed head-on into another car in August, killing a 55-year-old Grover Beach man.
On Wednesday, October 13 a judge ordered Ross to remain in custody without bail.
Ross has pleaded not guilty and is due back in court on November 18.
