A crash was slowing traffic near a busy San Luis Obispo intersection Monday morning.
Emergency crews responded to the intersection of Higuera Street and Los Osos Valley Road shortly after 9:15 a.m. It appeared two trucks had collided in the intersection, with at least one person being treated at the scene.
Traffic was moving slowly through the area, with some drivers being diverted as police were allowing limited traffic through the affected area.
