UPDATE (2:17 p.m.): According to PG&E, Friday morning's outage originated near White Oak Lane in San Luis Obispo and was caused by an issue with an underground cable.

Around 1,100 PG&E customers were initially impacted, but a PG&E spokesperson says only about 15 customers remained without power during repairs.

Power has since been restored.

A SLO County Airport representative says airport operations were not impacted by the outage.
