UPDATE (Sunday): Crews have reopened the road on Foothill Blvd. between California and Casa as of Sunday morning.

Officials with the San Luis Obispo Police Department say Foothill Blvd. is closed between California and Casa in both directions. Crews are repairing lines that came down on the roadway.
Officials say homes in the area faced a brief power outage; however, it has now been restored.
There is no estimated time for when the road will reopen.
