Officials with the San Luis Obispo Police Department say Foothill Blvd. is closed between California and Casa in both directions. Crews are repairing lines that came down on the roadway.
Officials say homes in the area faced a brief power outage, however it has now been restored.
There is no estimated time for when the road will reopen.
