Thousands of PG&E customers were without power in San Luis Obispo Wednesday morning.
The outage was affecting the around near Cal Poly and the surrounding area and was reported at around 6:17 a.m., according to PG&E.
By 7:15 a.m., 5,885 customers were reportedly impacted.
PG&E says crews are patrolling the lines to determine the cause. Restoration was expected by 8:45 a.m.
Cal Poly officials told KSBY that no outages had been reported on campus.
