San Luis Obispo's Mission Plaza got a huge pop of color on Saturday.
Downtown hosted its first-ever Paint the Plaza chalk festival. The event brought together local artists, businesses, and families.
Officials say the festival celebrates the vibrant arts community across the Central Coast.
If you missed the event on Saturday, the chalk art will remain at the Mission Plaza through Sunday, September 20th.
