Sasha Brafman and Alison Magni, both captains on the Pioneer Valley girls soccer team, signed their National Letters of Intent Friday afternoon inside the school’s library.

Brafman signed with Soka University of American in Orange County while Magni signed with Kansas Wesleyan University.

Both girls say they’re excited to continue their soccer careers at the next level.

“There’s a study-abroad your junior year, and I’m really excited for that – to study in another country for a whole semester,” Brafman said.

“I’m just so excited for the whole experience to play at the next level and to play against girls who are really talented,” Magni added.

The Panthers finished the season 4-19-1 overall and 1-11 in Mountain League play.
