Eight members of the Pioneer Valley High School football team will take part in the 2019 FCA All-Star Football Classic.
The Panthers were presented by dealership sponsor, Home Motors Chevrolet in Santa Maria.
The eight players representing Pioneer Valley High School for Team Santa Barbara County are Michael Bourbon, Daniel Torres, Jose Hernandez, Steven Fuerte, Edgar Zacarias, Edwin Romero, Adrian Gracia, and Jayson Garcia.
The Panthers’ players and Home Motors Chevrolet are excited to once again be a part of the big game.
“We’re, as usual, just really excited because it gives us an opportunity to share with local high school seniors and be involved in a game that really kind of brings all the communities on the Central Coast together,” Home Motors Chevrolet general manager Tim Ritchie said. “They build some friendships and some comradery amongst their peers and opponents.”
“The most exciting part about the whole process would have to be just having to play with my teammates again one last time,” Pioneer Valley senior Michael Bourbon added. “It feels good to be back out there with everybody.”
Righetti High School will host the 2019 FCA All-Star Football Classic on Saturday, June 1.
