Arroyo Grande's Peyton Dunkle claimed the CIF Central Section individual girls tennis title by defeating Fiona Yao of Clovis North (6-2, 6-3) on Saturday afternoon at Garces Memorial High School in Bakersfield.
The win clinched an undefeated junior season for Peyton, who also led the Eagles to the semifinals of the Division 1 team tournament.
Peyton actually finished second in last year's finals, losing to her older sister Delanie in the title match.
