Round one of the "SLO-Town Showdown" lived up to the hype on Friday night as Mission Prep pulled away late to secure a 54-44 victory over rival San Luis Obispo.
The Royals improve their league record to 3-2, while the Tigers fall to 2-3. The rivalry continues February 11 at San Luis Obispo High School.
