A wind advisory will remain in place through 3:00 p.m. for the interior portions of San Luis Obispo County as wind gusts could potentially reach 40 miles per hour. Otherwise, most of the region will experience southwest winds ranging from 15-25 mph.

Back at the coast, a high surf advisory is in place through Wednesday afternoon as waves could reach 10-15 feet.
