Low pressure will continue to move over the area Monday, which could bring more rainfall and the potential for thunderstorms throughout the morning.

There’s still about a 20% chance of thunderstorms for the Santa Ynez Valley, Santa Maria Valley, Vandenberg and the interior portions of Northern San Luis Obispo County through the morning commute. After that, much of the storm system will move into the south coast region where showers will be off and on through the early evening hours. For the rest of the Central Coast, expect mostly cloudy skies through the evening hours.

Daytime highs will be cooler and range from the low to upper 60s with wind gusts from 15-20 miles per hour through late Monday night.

Dry conditions are in the forecast Tuesday through Thursday before another low-pressure system is expected to move through the area and produce light rainfall for the weekend.

Beautiful close to the day 💙#beonksby
