After a rainy start to Wednesday, Thursday will be dry will partly cloudy skies throughout the morning commute.
Here's a look at the light rainfall totals across the Central Coast:
Northeasterly winds will be breezy Thursday morning and evening with wind speeds up to 30 miles per hour. These breezy winds will keep inland valley communities cooler in the morning and evening hours.
By the afternoon, most winds will shift out of the northwest. As for daytime highs, temperatures are trending up by a few degrees, bringing most valley locations back into the low 70s that will last through the end of the weekend. Conditions will be slightly cooler along the coast and close to the low to mid-60s.
Looking ahead to the weekend, skies will start out cloudy Friday before clearing takes place Saturday and Sunday.
