Slightly cloudy skies have formed over Vandenberg and Paso Robles Tuesday morning, otherwise, the morning commute will include mostly clear skies.

Northerly winds are back in the forecast Tuesday but not nearly as strong as they were Monday. Wind conditions will be mild to moderate, ranging from 10-20 miles per hour. Daytime highs will still be in the 60s and low 70s for most valley locations, while coastal regions will stay near the low to mid-60s.

Looking ahead to Wednesday, slightly cooler temperatures will be back in the forecast as a dry cold front moves over the region. At the same time, breezy northwesterly winds will be pronounced throughout the area. The gusty winds will carry over into Thanksgiving Day, and bring freezing morning temperatures to the inland valleys. By the afternoon, Thanksgiving Day temperatures are expected to range from the low to upper 60s.
