The chilly overnight lows and early morning temperatures are continuing for the Central Coast Tuesday morning. A freeze warning, hard freeze warning and hard freeze watch are all in place through the morning commute Tuesday as temperatures stay close to the 20s and 30s.

These warnings and watches stretch from the beaches to the inland valleys of both San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties. Some of the impacts from these freezing temperatures could be harmful to any crops our vegetation as well as animals or livestock that are outside. For drivers, vehicle windshields will be frosted.

Daytime highs are staying close to the upper 50s and low 60s once again, but skies will be mostly clear throughout the afternoon. Northeasterly winds will be moderate Tuesday, ranging from 15-25 miles per hour through late Tuesday night.
