Light rain is falling across the Central Coast Monday morning as a deep upper level low sits off the coast of California.
The cold front will produce rain totals ranging from 0.10-0.75" for areas in Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties.
The heaviest rain will fall during the morning hours and tapers off into the afternoon.
A slight chance of afternoon thunderstorms is possible. Otherwise, expect cloudy skies, breezy onshore winds and daytime highs in the low to mid 60s.
Scattered showers may continue into the first half of the day Tuesday. Then, high pressure returns and changes the weather pattern for the remainder of the week.
Dry, warm and windy weather returns Wednesday with daytime highs boosting into the mid 70s.
Warm and sunny conditions look to continue into Memorial Day weekend.
