Thursday will be another dry day for the Central Coast, but morning temperatures will continue to be on the cooler side. A frost advisory will remain in place for the coastal regions in San Luis Obispo and northern Santa Barbara Counties through 9 o'clock. During this time, morning temperatures could get as low as 31 degrees, which could be damaging to outdoor vegetation and animals.

Fifteen to 20 mile per hour northwesterly winds are expected Thursday afternoon, which will result in a steady breeze for much of Thursday. Temperatures are gradually warming up as an upper ridge builds across the eastern Pacific. Daytime highs for the inland valleys should be closer to the low 60s and the coastal regions will be right around the mid-60s.

Relative humidity could increase Friday morning, which means there could be more development of low clouds and fog Friday and Saturday morning, but skies should be mostly clear by the afternoon hours.
