Expect night and morning low clouds and fog to persist across most coastal regions and some valleys through the week. Temperatures are projected to remain below normal at least through the weekend, and wind speeds are expected to stay below advisory levels.
Looking ahead, offshore winds are expected to develop and a gradual warming trend will bring many areas back to temperatures that are at or near normal by early next week.
