A Newhall man was killed over the weekend in a crash in San Luis Obispo County. He was identified by authorities on Tuesday.
The crash happened around 10:20 p.m. on Saturday along a private dirt road off Huansa Road.
CHP identified the victim as Mirko S. Malobabich, 31.
In a press release, Malobabich "made an unsafe turning movement" causing the Jeep to overturn and eject Malobabich and three other passengers.
None of the occupants were wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash, CHP said.
Malobabich was pronounced dead on the scene. All others suffered non life-threatening injuries.
It is not known if alcohol or drugs played a part in this collision, CHP said.
