The last remaining Central Coast Sears and Kmart stores are closing in February.
Sears in the Santa Maria Town Center Mall tells KSBY its last day will be Feb 2.
Kmart says the El Camino Real location in Atascadero will be closing the first week of February.
The closures were part of 96 nationwide announced in November by Transformco, which owns Sears and Kmart.
